COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
Team Northampton offers many fun and exciting sports in our Community Based Programs that take place at various venues across Northampton County and beyond. Through these programs athletes may be selected for local, sectional and state events. Those events may include: Indoor Winter Games, Winter Games, Summer Games and Sectionals.
- All athletes are required to have an updated Medical Form on file with Team Northampton prior to training. Visit the Medical Form page for detailed information on this requirement.
- Athletes should wear appropriate athletic attire to all practices. Sports requiring additional attire will be noted.
- Athletes should be ready to begin practice at the start time indicated for each sport.
- Each sport will emphasize the principles of the FIT 5 program. Fit 5 is a plan for physical activity, nutrition, and hydration. It can improve athletes health and fitness to make them the best athlete that they can be.
- Athletes must train a minimum of 8 weeks to be eligible for competition.
